If there is something wrong with my product, can I get a refund?

Rangeview Farm Foods want you enjoy the best our products have to offer. If for any reason you are not happy, please email returns@rangeviewfarmfoods.com within 2 days of receipt of your order and explain the problem (pictures help too!), and we will get back to you within 2 business days to help find a solution.


If I change my mind, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or product exchange if you change your mind about your purchase or you decide you don't like the product you ordered. As we follow the highest levels of food safety, we are unable to restock or resell food products once they have been shipped. 

We would be pleased however to get your feedback on feedback@rangeviewfarmfoods.com, as we are always looking for ways we can produce better products that make our customers happy. 


Worst Case Scenarios

Sometimes no matter how hard we try, situations occur that prevent us from delivering our usual high standards of service. For this reason we reserve the right to cancel any order, though we will do this only a a last resort. We will immediately notify you of the cancellation using the contact details provided on the order. We will refund all monies paid using the original method of payment for the cancelled order. All orders are subject to availability of stock and we undertake to do our best to make sure we can fulfill your order prior to accepting payment.
