Shipping policy

Orders placed before Close of Business Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday, subject to stock availability. 

Order delivery times vary based on your location, with typical delivery times in Australia varying from 1 - 2 business days Eastern Capital Cities, 3 - 4 business days for East Coast Regional Centres, 5+ business days for other locations

We reserve the right to select the service that ships your order. Currently we use Aramex/Fastway and Australia Post standard post, though this may change in the future. 

Charges for shipping vary based on order value, however the maximum cost for delivery to anywhere in Australia is $9.00 (as at 1 Jan 2025), 

Our food products have been produced and where required lab tested for safe transport at ambient temperatures. This does not however imply that products received should be stored at ambient temperature indefinitely on receipt. Where particular requirements exist for storage, these details will be specified in documentation included in your delivery.
