A delicious Tartare sauce, made in a more eastern European style. Heavy on the dill, dry salted capers and savoury rather than sweet pickles, and of course our wonderful pasture raised duck eggs for a rich and creamy yet light and clean flavour bomb! Available seasonally September to May
